Prescription Approval & Delivery
All prescription-only medicines require approval from one of our licensed prescribers before they can be dispatched. If you select Express Delivery, please note that the delivery timeframe begins only after your prescription has been approved.
Most prescription approvals are completed within a few hours, although in some cases they may take up to 72 hours after your order is placed.
Next-Day Delivery Cut-Off Times
To qualify for next-day delivery, please place your order before:
Monday to Friday: 1:30 PM
Saturday & Sunday OFF
Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday.
Please note that next-day delivery is not guaranteed. While we work hard to dispatch orders on time, unexpected delays may occur, and shipping charges are non-refundable if your parcel arrives later than the next working day.
